Leadership · Genzeon & Genzeon Platforms

The leaders behind Genzeon Platforms.

Genzeon Platforms is the platforms business of Genzeon Corporation. Driven by the vision to build the healthcare brain; the platforms team builds and ships at 10x speed to achieve that vision. In a regulated industry, we aspire and achieve leveraging Aether One™ architecture with strong privacy, compliance and governance guardrails.

Genzeon Corporation

Corporate leadership.

Genzeon Corporation is the parent of Genzeon Platforms. Founded in 2010, headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, with delivery centers across the U.S. and India. With a vision to enable access and affordability in healthcare, leaders have set on a goal to build a solution company that addresses healthcare core problems.

The platforms team.

The team building HIP One, PES One, and CPS One on the Aether One™ agent substrate — and shipping it under live CMS deployment stakes.

Harsh Singh Portrait
Platforms & Operations Head

Harsh Singh

Responsible for the Genzeon Platforms platform and operations business end to end — vision, product, architecture, IP strategy, and commercialization across HIP One, PES One, and CPS One. Authored the WISeR deployment thesis and the three-motion GTM strategy. Drives the Aether One™ portfolio strategy including patent and agentic motion.

Vikram Pendli Portrait
Architecture & Technology Leader · Platforms

Vikram Pendli

Architects the agentic substrate underneath every platform — orchestration, agents, context, LLM routing. Built the technology foundations that survived live CMS WISeR stakes. Sets the engineering bar across all three platforms and the Aether One™ patent portfolio.

Shivali Desai — Operations Leader
Operations Leader

Shivali Desai

Runs the day-to-day operating cadence across all three platforms. Owns delivery commitments, customer operations, and the shared operational fabric that keeps WISeR, AMC PES deployments, and CPS customers moving in lockstep. The continuity layer between strategy and execution.

Frank Clement — Customer Success Leader
Customer Success Leader

Frank Clement

Owns the customer success function across HIP One, PES One, and CPS One — making sure signed customers realize the outcomes the contract promised. Sits at the intersection of product, delivery, and the customer's own operating teams. The voice of the customer back into platform priorities.

Micki Jernigan Portrait
Privacy and Compliance Leader

Micki Jernigan

Responsible for CPS One as Privacy and Compliance Leader. Translates HIPAA Privacy & Security Rules, OCR audit protocols, and state privacy regulations into the rule packs that ship in production. Twelve-plus years building privacy-program tooling for healthcare.

Derek Walker — Product Leader, CPS One
Product Leader · CPS One

Derek Walker

Sets the product direction for CPS One — privacy program automation, breach-notification engine, BAA tracking, OCR audit response. Stewards the 96% retention and NPS 76 customer base. The bridge between privacy SMEs and engineering. Ships against compliance-officer outcomes.

Beyond the leadership team

Who actually builds Genzeon Platforms.

The cards above tell you who is accountable. The cards below tell you what defines the broader team — the engineers, clinical operators, and architects who ship every commit, every rule pack, every patent claim. Six traits we hire and develop for.

Trait 01

Domain-first

Came up through healthcare operations, not adjacent to it. PA nurses turned product owners. UM directors turned architects. Privacy officers turned engineers. The clinical workflow is in muscle memory before the codebase is.

Trait 02

Regulatorily fluent

Read NCDs, LCDs, and 42 CFR like product specs. When a CMS regulation drops, the team can ship a rule-pack update in days because the team is the rule-pack reader.

Trait 03 · Claude experts

Frontier-AI fluent

Every Genzeon Platforms operator is trained as a Claude expert. Claude is in the daily toolchain — spec drafting, regulatory text analysis, code review, patent-claim generation, clinical SME interview synthesis. Not a quarterly experiment. The default operating system.

Trait 04

Audit-grade by default

Every meaningful artifact — spec, commit, doc, test — traces back to a regulatory anchor or a test anchor. Audit response is something we build, not something we scramble for.

Trait 05

Sovereign-aware

Build for on-prem first. Cloud is a deployment shape, not the assumption. The team's reflex is to ask "what if this had to run inside a CMS Medicare environment?" — because for a non-trivial fraction of our work, it actually does.

Trait 06

Patent-thinking

Drafts every meaningful artifact as if it might become a claim. The patents filed in the Aether One™ portfolio are the visible output. The hidden output is a population of operators who reason in claim shape.

The 10x Talent Program

How we ensure our talent is actually 10x.

"10x" is easy to claim and hard to produce. The 10x Talent Program is the structured curriculum and operating practice that takes a strong engineer or operator and compounds them into someone who ships at the leverage point of healthcare AI. Six pillars, all non-optional.

  1. Pillar 01 · 30-day Domain Immersion

Before any meaningful production code is shipped, every new operator spends 30 days inside the workflow they're going to automate. Engineers shadow PA nurses on HIP One. PES One engineers listen to live patient calls. CPS One engineers sit with privacy officers through real incident investigations. The first PR ships in week three — deliberately late, because muscle memory has to come first.

  2. Pillar 02 · Aether SDLC Apprenticeship

Paired with a senior architect to ship one full spec → patent claim → rule pack → code → test suite → audit packet cycle. The methodology is taught by doing, not by reading. By the time the apprenticeship ends, the operator has co-authored a real artifact in the production portfolio.

  3. Pillar 03 · Frontier-AI / Claude Expert Track Differentiator

Every Genzeon Platforms engineer and clinical operator is trained as a Claude expert. The baseline curriculum covers Claude API fluency, prompt-engineering patterns, agentic-orchestration design, eval and grounding rigor, and Claude Code in daily development. Senior engineers extend with MCP server design, multi-agent topologies, and Aether-SDLC → Claude pipelines that turn a spec into a draft patent claim, a rule pack, and a test suite in a single working session. Claude isn't a productivity hack — it's the operating system that makes a single operator output what a team used to.

  4. Pillar 04 · Regulatory Reading Group

Weekly walkthrough of new CMS, OCR, HHS, and state-regulator releases. Operators learn to read an LCD, an NCD, a CMS interim final rule, and a state-Medicaid bulletin without translation. The downstream effect: when a regulation drops, we ship rule-pack updates in days, not quarters.

  5. Pillar 05 · Production Rotation in CMS WISeR

Every engineer rotates through live-deployment support on the CMS WISeR Medicare deployment at least once. Real audit logs, real SLAs, real Medicare prior-authorization cases, real consequences. Production rotation is non-negotiable — theory without exposure to production stakes does not produce 10x.

  6. Pillar 06 · Compounding Tool Leverage

Every operator runs a quarterly "what slowed me down" review with corresponding toolchain investment — new Claude prompts, new MCP servers, new internal tools, new automation. The 10x compounds: each year the same operator ships measurably more, because the toolchain underneath them gets sharper. We track and publish leverage ratios internally.

Why this matters to customers

The 10x Talent Program is what makes Genzeon Platforms Talent a real offering and not a staffing pitch. When you embed a Genzeon Platforms operator on your team, you're getting someone who has been through six pillars of deliberate development — not a recruiter's CV.
