How to
engage.
Healthcare doesn't buy AI in one shape. Some customers want a full platform that replaces an incumbent stack. Some want to share risk on an outcome. Some want to drop a single agent into the workflow they already operate. Genzeon Platforms sells all three — every motion delivered by forward-deployed engineers who own the production outcome.
Platform.
For organizations replacing an incumbent UM, PA, patient-engagement, or privacy-ops stack — or standing up new capability where none exists today. The full bundled experience: orchestration, agents, integrations, deployment.
You're consolidating
Replacing a fragmented stack of point tools. Looking for one vendor accountable for the end-to-end outcome.
$1.0–2.5M ACV
Full platform license per platform (HIP One, PES One, or CPS One). Multi-platform discounts apply.
9–12 months
Typical evaluation, contracting, integration, and go-live for a full platform engagement.
Outcomes.
For programs where you'd rather pay against measured results than against software. The CMS WISeR Model is the canonical reference: Genzeon Platforms is paid against actual prior-authorization throughput and accuracy, on real Medicare cases.
You want shared risk
The outcome is well-defined and measurable. You'd rather pay for the result than the tooling that produces it.
Risk-shared
Performance-based pricing tied to throughput, accuracy, turnaround time, or cost-per-decision. Structure varies by program.
CMS WISeR · NJ
Live since January 2026 with Novitas Solutions. The reference deployment for federal health-program AI — the only WISeR PA platform that gives buyers full deployment choice (sovereign, government cloud, commercial cloud, on-prem) and full consumption choice (platform or agents).
Agents.
Domain-decomposed buy. Pick one agent — Prior Auth Eligibility · Pre-Check · Duplicate Request · Intake · Auto Approval — and drop it into the workflow you already operate. No platform commitment. No data lake. Live in days, not quarters.
You have one decision to fix
You're not replacing a platform. You want to take cost or time out of one specific decision — eligibility, intake, auto-approval — and prove the result.
$100–300K / agent
Per agent, per year. Volume-based. Live on Microsoft Azure Marketplace and Epic Showroom today, with AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and UiPath in onboarding. Same SKU, same pricing, same SLA across listings.
5–10 days to first decision
Contract → integration → live. Each agent ships with a published API and a stock integration kit for the most common PA stacks.
Same Aether One™. Three buy shapes.
Every motion runs on the same patent-protected agent architecture. The motion changes how you pay, integrate, and prove out value — not what's actually doing the work.
| Dimension | Platform | Outcomes | Agents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buy shape | Annual license, full platform | Performance-based | Marketplace SKU per agent |
| Time to first value | 9–12 months | 3–6 months program standup | 5–10 days |
| Integration depth | Full stack replace / standup | Co-deploy with program operator | Single API into existing workflow |
| Aether One™ Sovereign? | Optional | Default for government programs | Optional per agent |
| Best for | Platform consolidation | Government-program risk-share | Single-decision optimization |
All three motions, delivered the same way.
Whichever motion fits your operating model, the delivery is identical: forward-deployed engineers from Genzeon Platforms, embedded with your team, owning the production outcome from kickoff through steady-state. Three phases.
-
Phase 1 · Outcome-committed pilot
Time-boxed 90–180 days. A measurable target the customer cares about — first-pass affirm rate, three-day TAT compliance, call containment, breach response time. The contract is priced against that target. The Genzeon Platforms FDE team works alongside your operations from day one. If the target isn't achievable in this period, both sides know it before either is overcommitted.
-
Phase 2 · Forward-deployed engagement
6–24 months. Embedded engineers own the operational outcome end-to-end — deployment, customization, integration, production tuning, ongoing optimization. The FDE team is in your standups, your incident channels, your QBRs. Your operations team scales the customer-facing work; our team scales the system that supports it. The CMS WISeR Innovation Model is the canonical reference: 12,609 cases processed in Q1 2026 at 100% three-day TAT compliance, with FDE engineers operating in production alongside Novitas Solutions and CMS staff.
-
Phase 3 · Production transition
The FDE team scales down once the platform is operating at the contracted outcome level for at least two consecutive quarters. A smaller monitoring footprint stays — error budgets, model drift detection, regulatory updates, escalation support. Your team owns day-to-day. Our team is one phone call away from any change that affects production.
